Registrations are Open!
We accept both digital or hard copy registrations.
You may download and print a copy (or we can post one to you) and it can be scanned and emailed back to us or sent via the post.
Please note that we are all currently volunteering our time, so we endeavour to reply to emails and process registrations as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience!

Please note: We require a $300 deposit to secure your registration. The balance is then payable by January 31st 2020 - any late registrations or payments may incur a $50 late fee.
CAMPING OPTIONS
We have two camping package options available to trekkers:
1. The Dorm Tent
You receive a single room in the large, 10-room dorm tent.
To grab a room in the Dorm Tents, you also need to pay $350 as there are very limited spaces and this is on a first in first served basis. This cost is additional to your registration fees.
We have a few spaces opened up in the dorm tent.
2. The V.I.P Tents
These are twin-share dome tents with the extra luxury of camping chairs!
The V.I.P tent cost is $750 per tent (up to two people).
